I probably should have checked to see if there was a thread for this somewhere, but lately I've been unable to reply to certain threads. It seems to happen in the card rulings section, I suppose, more than elsewhere. Is there some limit on who can reply to the card rulings threads?

Yeah, it really should have been announced that only DT members should post there. Because I'm a moderator I have the forum rights to post there. After I answered a few I wondered why people weren't flocking to this and soon a PM appeared in my inbox explaining I wasn't supposed to be posting there.
