      Best chances are on the TS. Otherwise you have to depend on luck for a pair. Sorry.

      You can go there, create an account, and then create a passworded Meltdown game. There's a bug that can sometimes cause you to pair up with a "wrong" opponent, but if that happens, you can just quit the game and try again.
