Get a hold of your wallets. Never EVER buy a first run of anything unless you can make $$. Trial and error is always going to take place. The exposure & risk is huge with a small OVERSEAS company, like wulven.

IMO people need to chill out a bit, but Wulven need to have a little more humility about a manufacturing bottleneck of something that was advertised at the point of sale. You are making an understandable situation far worse and shooting yourself in the foot for any sort of charge-back arbitration.

All Wulven needed to do to keep people happy was to offer 50 shadow crystals per month for every month they were late. That would show the company actually cared as opposed to "just be greatfull that you will get your free crap

Sure. But I completely expect them to stop all tournament funding, all double gold bonuses we get should be taken back, the free crystal reward button should be removed... that's just the tip of the iceberg.

Seriously. You want free stuff for their late free stuff. When they already give us free stuff on a daily basis.
