Yeah poison hide seems inferior to black garb, except that it works on weenies. Maybe you could make it that when poison hide is destroyed, all opposing allies are poisoned?

Wulven can't use black garb, though.
It is only a 3cc armor, I think having it poison everything is a bit much and doesn't really fit well with the flavor if you ask me.
