We need better servers please

Got up to 271 rank pretty quickly now I'm below 250 or at 250 because no matter what time of the day I try to play I always get bad server response. The other app hardly ever did that but now in the last hour It's happen 3-4 times usually it happens every other game. Ill usually be able to play 1 full game, then the next 1 or 2 it happens
Maybe the proceeds from physical cards can go to better server funds? It's getting very frustrating. I can deal with the occasional sync's but this is getting to become clockwork and I'm not confident enough to play meltdown in the fear of this happening and me being out 200 gold each time this happens(with no real benefit to play meltdown with these issues). At least until Wulven gets this figured out, can you guys not allow it to count as a loss or win and our rankings not being affected.

I have tried seeing if its on my end, but I've reset my router,my phone and I have full bars for wifi. So I know this isn't happening because of my equipment, so can we please not let our decay rankings for connection lost due to Wulven and not the player? Pretty please?

Do you mean "Error contacting server" message? Or the no wi-fi countdown timer? Or something else?

Error contacting server happens a lot, but you seem to be able to play through it if you just dismiss the constant messages that keep popping up.

Disconnect bugs seem to occur about 1 in 20 games for me. Freeze bug about 1 in 10

The message I keep getting that pops-up says and I quote "Bad Server Response" then under that it has an ok button. Once you click that it keeps popping up, then it runs the NO WI-FI Counter, which is bogus cause every single time my WI-FI Is at full bars when it happens and it's definitely on(my WI-FI that is). I've tried resetting my router, checking firewall(even disabling it) and I still get them at least once a day. The last app it happened 3-4 times over a 2 year plus span. So maybe we can just have an update for the original app and see if that's better?
