WC2013 Regional for Oceania/Asia

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to the 2013 World Championships Oceania/Asia Regionals. The rules for the competition are as follows:

• The competition begins Saturday 6am GMT November 9th
• The matches will be bo3, single elimination with no sideboards (deck lock)
• Alternate who goes first in games 1 and 2. Determine who goes first in game 3 randomly.
• The maximum number of players is 128, anybody who wants to sign up after 128 will be placed on a reserve list.
• Players must check in 1 hour before the start, or they will be replaced by a reserve play.
• We recommend playing on PC as it has the most stability. In the case of a sync error, the game will be replayed unless it was clear that one player was dead (for example, the game freezes with one hero at 0 health). Again, playing on PC should avoid this particular issue.
• In the case of disconnect, the player that disconnects will get a game loss.
• Send in your decklists to Mojumbo at least 1 hour before the regional event you are taking part in begins. We will be randomly checking gamelogs to make sure players aren’t trying to change their deck mid-tournament.
• Evil Ascendant will be a legal card for the regional events. The bug fix should be implemented by the start date of Oceania/Asia regional.

(Note: This event is only eligible to players who have not already qualified for the 2013 World Championships.)

Same question here:
How do you ensure that a game log checking can be done before the next round. Let's say in round 1, a player changed his/her deck and won. Then is it possible to find this out before round 2 begins?
