Project to find out meltdown tier-payout

As we all know, there are some things unknown about meltdown.

1) Percentage of payout - It's unclear what is the percentage of payout the players will be getting from the pot.

2) Tier - Kyle has confirmed that the players will be categorize into different tiers, and the % of pay out will be determined by the tiers. It's unknown how many tiers there will be.

I like to seek everyone's help from uncovering Pt 1 and pt 2. I basically need a few pieces of information after the weekly tourney ends.

a) Your final ranking.
b) How much gold you received from the payout.
c) Your final scores.

I've already PM several members of the forum, and they agree to help me in this project. So this will carry on regardless of the level of support.

But to make the analysis more complete, I will need as much data as possible. Hence I seeking help from all meltdown players.

I'll keep you informed how much money I will get for my meltdown ranking of 30. . If Tiers aren't implemented before the payout, I'm guessing I'll be getting 150gp. Hopefully, how much gold we get is somehow displayed and not something we have to calculate based on what we previously had.

On a more serious note, its clear that Kyle didn't want to commit at this point in time. And it's for the company benefit to keep it hidden so that they can adjust accordingly in the future.

However, for the benefit of future meltdown players, it's still good to have a basic reference point. The future tier-payout may change in the future, but it shouldn't deviate that much from the current one.

And thanks to all those are who are willing to help. I suggest you make a note of the amount gold you have before the end of timer, and check how much more gold you receive after the timer.

Wulven may take some time to calculate and distribute the gold, so be prepared to wait a few hours before finding out the amount of gold you received.

Anyways, civic is rank 1, I am rank 3/4. So it would be interesting to see if there is a difference between his and My payout.
