I also encountered this error today when i purchased the 9.99$.
But i havent received email from itunes regarding my purchase, so i didnt email the support yet.

Whats the problem?

Has the money been taken from your bank account? If so then you should go ahead and send an email to support@shadowera.com explaining what has happened.
