Android SE Multitasking

With SE version 1.603 on android, I could multitask effectively. I could switch between IRC and the game client and only seldom did I have an issue. Now with version 1.612, if I switch out of the game client to look at IRC, when I switch back to the game the client resets and goes back to the log in screen. With this behavior, it makes it much more difficult to set-up games with IRC.

I'm able to multitask on my droid without any prob even after the last update.
Maybe I've the best droid in the World :-P

It still works for me from the challenge screen, but not once in a game anymore
