Are u guys sure about this, i was just playing an elemental deck against zhanna, mind controlled her aeon and the other player was still able to attack infact took out aeon and then proceeded to attack my hero...

I just mind controlled an aeon and my opponent was able to attack, too. In another thread someone had this problem, but Valiant Defender was in play when he mind controlled Aeon. Maybe that's the source of this bug?

Mind Control current still does not resolve certain effects properly in v1.24. Any effects on the ally, prior to Mind Control, will remain on the ally. Therefore, if Valiant Defender was affecting the ally, it will remain on the ally but once it goes to the graveyard, since it's an opponent card at that point, the effect won't be removed from the ally.

Yeah, I remember having a game today where the opponent stood around while I beat him to death with a mind-controlled Aeon. I was kinda wondering why you weren't attacking. Comfs on bug!

Elementals were shafted from this combo post-v1.24 so now they get their revenge ^^.
