      Kyle does answer emails in support@shadowera.com from time to time. An example would be the one in the opening post. I wouldn't change my closing to impersonate Kyle and people can easily verify who replied by viewing the ticket with the URL it was assigned.

      By the way, I removed your second pic because it included the URL of the ticket. For security reasons, it is better if you do not disclose these.
