The app is currently finished, I am now reading legal papers before submitting my app

Did I get it right: It will be an app which at first sight is a normal app with a specific function...and while using it at one point people will get scared by a suddenly popping up scary image and sound?
If yes, I'm pretty sure it won't get approved, but you can try of course
Btw, is it for iOS or Android?

I guess the camera on the inside...that my plain old 3GS will not have...only camera on outside
If I use outside then you won't see the app itself...
