Still op... A hero can use only 1 weapon at a time... 2 WBT is OP...

See Speed Strike. Does what you're talking about, although it's two separate attacks. Allowing heroes to use multiple weapons was already ruled out in balancing the set (Amber

with JD and DR buffed? No thanks).

Also, if Wulven had direct damage abilities, I'd probably quit unless everyone had a decent way of blocking that damage. Millstalker + Burn = Nightmare doubled.
