      How can i change my nickname?

      I sent mail to support@shadowera.com but my nick name is not change yet did i something wrong : ( ?

      You will be charged 100 shadow crystals for every name change. And normally, you need to wait a few days for them to respond. But I think during these few days, they will be busier because their support person is on vacation...

      Good news, you can now change player names yourself, through the support page. No need to wait for that one slow support guy. Which has also changed and we've got some new support staff too!

      @Zhou86 Haha, I clarified that "Unpaid Vacation Time" title was a joke and not actually unpaid vacation time. Also, I'm still on the job up to and including November 1st.
