Hey, i used to have norton antivirus, but now they ask me 70€ to protect my laptop for one year, and i think it's a bit expensive, i know i can have good advice on this forum, i'm using windows 7 if it's revelant to the info i seek. Thanks for helping me,

I have used Avast for many years and I run a 4ghx Hexacore with no problems and I have never had any viruses. Avast is free.
I use AVG. Concidering switching to Avast. Anyone had good/bad experiences with either one? :P

Don't use norton, whatever you do. I find that Malwarebytes with MSE or Avast works best at protecting my computer.

I use AVG personally, and have been for years. Free and had zero issues.
