You set a date + time with your opponent of each round. Usually by pm'ing them on the forum or talking to them on the irc channel. Usually you have several days/a week to contact your opponent and arrange a time which suits you both.

I KNEW IT, THIS F***IN' GAME HATES ME! I just had a disconnection victory when I was almost bone dead, I can show you the replay if you don't believe me
Now I'm at rating 250, I'll go into reserves until I manage to lose some point
