Third. He looks satisfying to kill.

Edit: Question, would this stop gargoyles and sandworms dam. reduction?

Anything written in the card text that is not an activated ability is a passive ability. But what's an activated ability?

Activated abilities have a cost before them - either as resource cost or SE cost in a little circle - and the player must explicitly use (i.e. activate) them.

So this means that all keywords like stealth, protector, ambush, hidden, etc. are passive abilities (because they are not activated and have no cost), as is the damage reduction on Infernal Gargoyle and Armored Sandworm.

Abilities that are already in effect and do not require the ally to activate. For eg Aeon's protector ability is passive.

The chap in the card reminds me of Biff from Back to the Future.

He would be auto include in the current meta for me. Bypassing Aeon to eat weenies and anklebreaking worms nom-nom.

This card pretty much defeats sandworms, aeons and the like.
Well, one question though, if i use his ability on an opposing ally but next turn my diplomat is killed off, will the effect still remain on the enemy ally?

Wow I love the effect of the card, altough the artwork is not my cup of tea tbh.

Does this also count for effects like "When deathbone is killed, the killer takes 2 damage?". It would also make Tainted Oracle pretty useless I guess.
