Damage at the beginning of the turn with Blood Frenzy + Empty deck + Hand size

If I have Blood Frenzy on my hero and my deck is empty, then at the beginning of my turn, I assume that I will take:

1 damage if I have 7 cards in my hand.
2 damage if I have 6 cards in my hand.
3 damage if I have 5 or less cards in my hand.

Is this correct?

1 damage if I have 7 cards in my hand: Yes

This is because you cannot draw the 2 cards because your hand is full, but you still take 1 damage from Blood Frenzy.

2 damage if I have 6 cards in my hand: No, you would take 3 Damage

You took damage in the attempt to draw the card that would have filled your hand, but you didn't draw a card so your hand did not become full, so you would have to try to draw again thus taking a second point of damage. Then a third point would be dealt because of Blood Frenzy.

3 damage if I have 5 or less cards in my hand: Yes

This is because you take 2 damage for the cards you couldn't draw and then 1 damage from Blood Frenzy.
