    Still delays on cards being shipped?

    i understand the bonus material delay, but are carsd still behind by a fair bit?

    i recieved a few start decks, but im waiting on various boosters, epic and collectors.

    If you haven't already, please send a new email to support@shadowera.com regarding which orders have not arrived yet. Apparently it will be too much work for Alliance Game Distributors so we don't have a list of which orders have not been shipped yet. Once players let us know, we can get them to send it out right away though.

    I recently emailed them about my missing epic collection and you know what they told me? It's been shipped already check with your local postal service. So I do they don't have any knowledge of the package so I'm out 150 bucks. Worst experience I've ever had with a company.

    Which company though? Wulven, Alliance or the postal service? We don't know what's gone wrong yet!

    My advice is to email support with this new information. When they last spoke to you, they could only go on what Alliance had told them. Clearly, there is a contradiction, so more investigation can be done now.

    Be sure to give as many details as you can in your email to support.

    There was no signature confirmation I was told by the Postal Service. Why in the world is there no signature confirmation on a 150 dollar product. I blame Alliance as they used the cheapest shipping they could possibly find and It ends up screwing over the customer in the end. I really am upset and I just wanted my shadow era cards to play with friends is that to much to ask....
