Hey Guys. I need your help once again.

1. Can Pack Alpha use on Bad Wolf and Wulven Tracker?
2. If I manage to kill 2 ally, does Fang of the Predator add +2 atk for all my wulven allies or +1 only?

Pack Alpha can be used on any ally with the "Wulven" sub-type. Bad Wolf and Wulven Tracker both have that sub-type, so the answer is yes.

2. If I manage to kill 2 allies, does Fang of the Predator add +2 atk for all my wulven allies or +1 only?

This is a stacking effect that applies each time you trigger it. So, for example if you have "Speedstrike" attached to your hero and you use Fangs of the Predator to kill 2 opposing allies in one turn, you wulven allies will have +2 attack from FotP for the remainder of that turn.
