New Feature: Rating Decays

Oh noooo! I forgot about the rating decay when I will go on vacation

I think the philosophy with rating decays is good, but i have complainings about the rating itself. You see, if i lose the match to someone whose rating is much lower than mine, for example 30, my rating drops for 2, 3, sometimes more, but when i win against them i'm not gaining any rating at all. I think we could gain at least 1 rating up for a win.

The current TrueSkill rating system with the rating decay makes it hard to gain rating unless it is early in the season or if someone has not played a lot of games. I like the idea of gaining one point for a win.
