New Feature: Rating Decays

I've also noticed some inconsistent behaviour.

CQV42 - played 3 days ago - went down from 348 to 339
ETC FDL - played 2 days ago - stable at 322

I lost a ranking point while I won my game....something is really wrong....and no cannot be because of decay ,I have been playing last 4 days or so.

I too can verify that this is true...happened at least once. Made no sense...


Also, I got my rating back up to 273...then logged on the next day, 274...huh?

This is due to rounding, happens a lot.

lol ,the rounding gave me back my ranking point....I still say the system has some flaws...and it all started when they implented the decay system.

Don't get me wrong: I like this game and his community really alot,I also like de decay system (the purpose of it) but think they need to work on the inconsistenties.

Ok, so ive tried it for a few weeks. My take is this:
1) still in favour of decay
2) cutoff needs raising to circa 250. No one 'camps' there out if choice!
3) need a single change point. Midnight on sunday for example each week. Have u played a QM in last 7 days? Yes, ok, no lose 3 points.
4) 7 day window, not 5. Those that RD effect (at over 250 point) play organised events too. Scheduling, plus keeping alts/ test accounts at high level becoming very difficult.
