So, I'm starting some pop-ups that start earlier that most other pop-ups I've seen and they are not going to be your standard rules pop-ups, they will always have a twist. Today's twist on the rules is that it will be Double Elimination and One Game Matches.

Example, in the first round you play your single game. Winner moves on, loser drops down to the lower bracket where they will play other losers from the top bracket. This continues until the final person in the top bracket plays the final person in the bottom bracket. The championship match could consists of 2 games as to be knocked out of the tournament a player has to lose twice.

So, with that out of the way here are some rules:

• Deck Lock
• Your hero choice will be placed on the bracket when the bracket is made for all to see, after the first round starts.
• Single Game Matches
• Join the #tournament IRC chat at 15:15 (GMT+0) if your not there at 15:35 you will be replaced (this is check in)
• Sorry, no late entries
• Be respectful and have fun!
• Report all match results in chat, results should include what hero you used so that gets locked in for tourney
• Maximum 16 players, if more than 16 post in this thread, then the first 16 get priority. If anyone drops out or doesn't show, the next poster(s) will have an opportunity to take the spot, if present
• If the game freezes or there is a tie regame
• Disconnects will be counted as game losses
• The popup will start at 15:40
• Bracket will be posted here and in #tournament
• Support is busy. It may take a week or more for to distribute prizes.

Winner: 1000 SC
Runner-up: 500 SC
