up to you guys, but I'm of the opinion that with the games lasting this long already, it's not something we can afford much delay on.

What if another team member plays as zhanna?

I will await my Captain's decision but personally it makes a mockery of this format.

Faolind, going forward I would suggest you implement a reserves system whereby each team has two designated reserves who can step in permanently if one of the 5 is indisposed. There's got to be some consistency in this whole arrangement.

I have to agree with dire.

I would think if another team member steps in, it can't be someone who has already played as another hero, and the hero they are down to play must immediately have another player added to play them. Or someone else must come and play zhanna ASAP, or else Zhanna

should be forfeited. I don't think the other team would be happy if I had lost playing zhanna for a save, and then subbed out for a stronger zhanna player as soon as I was directly attacked (I'm not saying this is being deliberately manipulated, just making a point of how a tournament is open to abuse if rules aren't followed). I think we are being overly generous in agreeing to someone else playing zhanna in light of the fact that she has already been played, but the other team needs to make right fast on their team issues.

Dire has pointed out to me I wasn't that clear, so I'll be more specific
1) if someone has already played as another hero, I don't think they should play zhanna
2) get someone to play zhanna

battle autowin for BP.
