Post Deck Performance: Win/Loss Tracker (Download File)

    UPDATED 08/10/12, 8:14AM - VERSION 1.3 DOWNLOAD

    Hey Everyone,

This is something I made in Microsoft Excel to help track my deck's performance against other Hero type decks. I think it helps to prevent you from making random and unnecessary changes to your deck after every match (if you're a beginner like me). You'll be less apt to make major changes if you realize your deck has been performing consistently.

I would recommend restarting your stats whenever you make a change to your deck. Below is a partial screenshot of what the tracker looks like.

Thanks! I actually just cleaned up the appearance a bit more and added some aggregate stats at the top. You can view your Total Wins, Total Losses, and Total Ratio now. The screenshot is updated to display the changes.

Finally got a chance to play around with it. I just have a couple of comments. I believe the correct formula for win ratio is wins/(wins+losses). If i have 1 win and 1 loss, then my (win) ratio is 50%, but your formula shows 100%. If that's not what ratio means then ignore that comment. To clean up the "div/0" errors, you should consider using "iferror" before the ratio formula.

Again great job on the sheet, it looks very slick.

Thanks for the feedback. Yeah, I was thinking as well that displaying the wins as a % of losses might not be the most intuitive way to communicate the stats quickly. Anything over 100 would be a positive win record. I guess I'm really used to seeing K/D ratios on FPS games (though its not usually displayed as a %). I think win/(win + losses) would definitely make a lot more sense in this case. Thanks for the "iferror" tip too. I didn't know about that. I'm gonna make a v1.2 tonight.

EDIT - v1.2 is up! The screenshot preview is updated too (with some random numbers plugged in). I was also able to remove that "div/0". Looks a lot better. Thanks again!
