It seems like you're trying to run two deck-types at the same time. One revolving around Night Prowler, and the other on resource destruction. I understand you are trying to make an unusual deck...but where's the victory pattern? If you completely focus on stealing cards, you can frustrate your opponent and possibly (though I imagine, unreliably) set up for a victory. But the resource destruction will only slow you down. You need and want to get to 5cc as soon as possible. Stalling your own resources seems to hinder the objective vis-a-vis Night Prowler.

Look into Master Smith. You should probably plan on at least a few item destructions working against you here, and Night Prowler has a crap durability for its cost. MS will grab it back for you (and your bows, too!) so you can use it again and again.
    Decks

    The BOSS
    Countdown
The Rubber Stamp/Legions of the Light
    Silence

I'm gonna have my cake, and shove it so hard down your Hero's throat that they choke on it too.

Smith is great card would allow you to drop both a bow (using ability) and prowler on turn 9 even if bow in graveyard. very flexible.

    Edited OP with your advice.

I added some ally along with SK for his recursive draw-power.

Master Smith is part of the game to as a 3 of, so we have solid chance of having a weapon with 7 bow and 4 prowler.
