The game design has changed recently, meaning you hardly ever will hit your max hand size, making this card useless.
Perhaps it can be changed to "2: draw a card"

2: Draw a Card would be very useful! i am always low on cards in my hand it seems heh, I would vote for that, otherwise this is nothing more then resource fodder

I love the proposed change to the card! As it is now, I mainly just sacrifice it for resource.

I agree, with the above posters. Right now the thing I'm struggling for is that I have a too small cards, not too many.
If there were more card-drawing effects (and there should be), this card would be fine. However, in the current incarnation of the game, it'd be better off as a Spell with cost 2 which allows you to draw a card or as an item with cost 4 or 5 which allows you to draw an additional card each turn.

Yeah. Even if it did help, which would be rare with the game mechanics, without card drawing spells or abilities (i.e. current game version), it does squat.

cool! though card drawing can be very powerful ability to permanently have (or semi permanent) so maybe it should cost 3? I donno just throwing out thoughts hehe
