Finished checking stores (finally)
None of the stores in Tulsa or Oklahoma City have ever heard of SE. Unfortunate.
One store was willing to at least do special orders for me, but I suspect (due to their drastically overpriced MtG Fat Packs) that I might just get a better deal via BlueJet or some of the other online Retailers I have seen on the forums.

In Perth, Australia, there aren't anywhere that sell them, but a guy at a comic book/games shop said he would maybe stock them when the game gets bigger, and I'm to get back to him when it does.
