Zoolgar, you went first in both games - that doesn't comply with the rules!
Thus the second game doesn't count - you need to play another one with TJ GerardoX going 1st, then proceed according to the rules!

I don't understand why you would want Phishyphishy and TJ GechtX to restart any of their matches already played? If you look at the order and do the math it all comes out fairly and would have had the same result regardless. Here is the order of all the matches played:

Match 1A: Phishyphishy first/tie (so the match does not count) 0-0
Match 1B: TJ GechtX first/ TJ GechtX won 1-0
Match 2: Phishyphishy first/ Phishyphishy won 1-1
Match 3: TJ GechtX first/ Phishyphisy won 2-1
Match 4A: Phishyphishy first/tie 2-1
Match 4B: Phishyphishy first/tie 2-1
Match 4C: Phishyphishy first/ PhishyPhishy won 2-2
Match 5: TJ GechtX first/ PhishyPhishy won 3-2

I know you’re saying the issue is the transition between match 1A to 1B, but it does not say anything within the rules of what to do if the match is a tie so BOTH of them assumed to start over. Since the tie was the first match it was as if the match never began. With a fresh start 0-0 it should not matter who they choose to start so starting with TJ GechtX shouldn’t be illegal according to the rules. Both players were obviously in an agreeance for him to start as well for the match continued. First bout of the matches was 1-1 with both players having a chance to start first. The second bout of the matches again was 1-1 giving them a record of 2-2 with each having a chance of starting twice since they began. The tiebreaker has the rules state a random person was choosing to go first and Phishyphishy won giving him the overall victory 3-2.

As you can see with the matches laid out before you with an explanation to go along with it these matches were fair overall and should be counted. To not count these matches would be not only unfair to Phishyphishy but also foul play and should be reported to Wulven since they are SPONSORING this tournament.

@GrimGuardians:

1. It is said in the rules that you need to switch turns between the first 4 games and that #5 is random.
2. I also posted on this thread that draws do not count.
3. As for your accusations, I'll leave that on your consciousness. I am doing my best to oversee that the tournament is played ACCORDING TO THE RULES! You may contact Wulven, if you like, I have a clear consciousness! (one could also suppose that quitting a game when you have no board control and ask for a rematch is foul play, but I put my trust into the members of the community, as they should put their trust in me)

EDIT: you also got Match 4C wrong since TJ GecktX went first and that's what all the fuss is about (or rather was now).

I would like to state my withdrawal here myself, seeing that it's just a minor issue and that the tourney is only at it's start. There's no point, to bring matters that far to complicate things even further and mar everyone's experiences when it's clearly just a case of technical issues and confusion that even by now I'm still quite oblivious to the situation.

If you say a draw does not count and it was the very first match of the game then it shouldn't matter who goes first since the cycle of rotation has not actually began.

But if you saying the issue is the match 4C and GechtX when first instead of Phishyphishy then I would have to agree the rules were broken. If this is the case then sorry for my posting before I was miss informed and thought my guild member was being cheated out of his victory.
