I have done it as expected (quite simple task) but to really get my crystal I need to open an Inquiry and start exchange mails to really prove I've done the installation.
I believe these guys from SuperRewards are disorganized, asking non sense questions like the confirmation email to prove. Which confirmation email if they say just to download and install?
I am still waiting my crystal and hope I can get it.
PS: They respond fast but with wrong information and without understanding about the offers they made.
My advice, dont do any of the download based ones. There are often unwanted add-ons in the download package.

Thank you for this thread. I was wondering if those deals were worth doing. I did two surveys and have yet to receive any bonus crystals. And the download and installs just seem like you are asking for trouble.
