    Exclamation Super Rewards support - be advised!

    OK, so I have been trying to use SuperRewards to get me some free SC, but it's a no go:

    1. First, I filled in some questionnaires and didn't get anything in return.
    2. Then, I came across the sites they linked that contained Trojans and such (blocked by my anti-virus software, thank God).
    3. I also came across some broken links that resulted in blank pages!

    I kept reporting these issues in hopes they'd be solved, so I could eventually succeed in getting myself the desired minerals...
    What I got was - they removed the broken links (based on my feedback, I suppose) and sent me this:

    Sorry for the inconvience caused,please getback to the advertiser regarding this problem they can help you out with this issue.
    Thank you for using Super Rewards!
    We will do our best to provide an expedient resolution to your request.

    What will I do now? I'll never set my foot on their sites again!

    I used Super Rewards to get some free crystals in the past. Obviously, they don't check everything in their free offers page. I failed only in one offer though and I had to contact their support to get my crystals for a few of the offers.

    Well, I did get some crystals, but I had to contact them and all they feed me now with is the above stated quote!

    as soon as you have a job and earn more then 5 dollars/h,
    i think buying is the cheaper method

    That sounds odd. Maybe I should contact our SuperRewards support. I would've thought if there was a glaring problem such as a virus with one of the offers that they would contact their advertiser to resolve it.

    SuperRewards said if an offer is a broken link or has a virus, they disable the offer on their end so we're both not sure why you got that response. They have also asked if you could provide them with this conversation so they can address the issue with the rep that sent the reply. If you send me a PM with your email address, that should suffice; if you have the ticket number, even better.

    Well, they did disable it AFTER I told them about it!

    PMed you the direct link to the whole conversation I had with their support - one might assume they're not even reading what you submit to them!

    They promptly responded to my email and promptly replied they will review the conversation that was submitted and will address it with the agent you were corresponding with. Companies will hire new support staff sometimes and they may not be aware of all the standard procedures, which may have been the case for this one. Overall it was handled much better than a certain business partner we currently have. I won't name names because the names I want to use would literally be name-calling.
