    Exclamation Eradicating Multiple Accounts

    I just thought of the perfect way to remove the want/need for multiple accounts.

    Correct me if I am wrong, but the reasons for using multiple accounts are as follows:
    • To try different builds/Heroes for free playing users who cannot afford all cards they want
    • To play/test different builds without losing rank (or practise anonymously to prevent scouting)
    • To play at lower ranks for top players where it is easier to get a match
    • To hold multiple positions on Leaderboard

    Whilst I don't think the first three should be discouraged, the last reason should be as it is not fair/accurate to have a leaderboard of the top 20 players when this actually has less than 20 players on it because several people have more than one position.

    Features can be added in a future update to remove any need for having more than one separate account:
    • Merge multiple accounts into one Player Profile
    • Ability to reset cards chosen after Profile creation to try different Heroes without affecting other details (for new players) before reaching a certain experience level (5?)
    • New profile starts with two accounts to play (same card pool)
      • Extra account slot earned every 5 levels (if even needed)
      • Only highest rated account appears on Leaderboard

    • Privacy options on accounts when playing for testing builds without being scouted
    • Account IGNs changeable
    • A shared guild account(s) when joining guilds for assisting new players

    Let me know what you think, or if I have missed anything important to anyone.

    Maybe add a ranked and an unranked quick match option? Something like in SC or Halo. You have the option of playing a ladder match, or of playing an unranked quick match. Quick matches will not affect your rankings, but are not as well matched (maybe only play people in your division, regardless of level). Overall I thnk the whole ladder system needs a rework. I don't know if a quick fix is enough.

    Now that I think about it though. This may make it exceedingly hard to actually find a ladder match, if everyone is sticking around in quick match.

    If you want an unranked match, you can always create a game.

    People will only need one set of the cards, and now they need multiples to test, which would basically mean Wulven's income would drop significantly.

    Are people with multiple accounts spending money to get the cards? I was under the impression they were just transferring SC. Seems like a waste just to test that you can do with one account. This option would increase customer satisfaction and loyalty if that were the case.

    Yeah the whole point of the f2p business model is to have mechanisms for your highly engaged users to spend lots of money if the want. This seems like an answer in search of a problem
