    Cool Zhannan [1.503]

    Current Deck (41):

    1 x Zhanna Mist

    3 x Dirk Saber
    4 x Lily Rosecult
    2 x Puwen Bloodhelm
    4 x Aldon the Brave
    4 x Tainted Oracle
    3 x Earthen Protector
    3 x Aeon Stormcaller
    (23 allies)

    3 x Healing Touch
    4 x Tidal Wave
    4 x Focused Prayer
    (11 abilities)

    2 x The King's Pride
    2 x Wizent's Staff
    2 x Ghostmaker
    (6 items)

After trying to make a heavy rush style deck for Zhanna, I have found that this strategy is working quite well around the current 300 rating mark. It doesn't usually end up rushing opponents down, but does create survivability to win well.

The key here is to minimise items and maximise allies, which Lily does perfectly (my favourite ally if you haven't guessed by now). It is interesting how strong Ghostmaker is in this deck considering I have 10 unique allies. I have won almost all of my matches so far with this deck (despite drop outs and a few battery defeats).

5 2cc allies and 4 Aldon to try and launch the ideal rush when going first. Meat shields when going second to tidal wave rushing opponents.

It plays similar to Zhannax, but has a much stronger opening. I will post more after further play.

    Demonstration play list.

    Vs Zhanna:

    Vs Eladwen:

    Vs Logan:

    Vs Nishaven:

The most interesting choice I find is the absence of Jasmine or Retreat. I've been pleasantly surprised so far.

    *** DP 1.2011 Update ***

This deck has probably been my most consistently competitive build, and has been very difficult to tune for the simple reason there is so many viable cards for this build (or any priest for that matter) since the release of DP, so this will likely just be phase one of...

Looks interesting. How is your draw in game with 2 wiz and 4 TO?

Awesome. One by T4 is all you need usually. Lily's for Wizent, and Ghostmaker for TOs

This deck has a nice melodic scale of ally deployment to return with Ghostmaker, depending on how you need to react to your opponents summoning. All the unique allies along with TO are the best to bring back into play with Ghostmaker. Aldon can buff a Lily/Aeon in play to 4 attack to kill the number of 4HP allies you will face which is great. And Lily can be healed to full HP if brought back and remains on the board.

Healing Touch is there to remove disabling attachments from allies, or pinging status effects on hero, and can also heal a ghost-made ally in the same turn if required (usually for Aeon).

On topic, interesting concept Keaven. It looks as though it would require a great deal of skill to get the most out of it.

The video against Eladwen is just great.
It feels you bring back GM and Aeon all the time.

To be perfectly honest I find it the easiest Priest build I've ever played. Just hack 'n' slash.
