    here's the deal

Keep your deck size between 40-42. You want to establish a core group of cards, 3 or 4 of each type (2 in some cases). The key to good deck is consistency. When you can predict your card draw your sacrifice skill will improve. Don't get discouraged either, it can take 20-40 games to get comfortable with a deck.

There are a couple ways to play Amber, but I'll take what you have a tweek it.

    Amber strat 101.

*early board control is key, retreat is your best friend
*blood frenzy on t3 (most of the time), t5 creature, jeweler's dream attack, blood frenzy can work as well

This is just a template. Remember, creating your own deck is half the fun.

    4 Dirk Saber
    4 Jasmine Rosecult
    2 Birgitte skullborn
    3 Aldon the brave
    3 Priest of Light
    2 Aeon stormcaller

    3 Reserve Weapon
    3 War banner
1 Enrage (I run with one, but I don't rely on it)
    3 Crippling blow
    4 Retreat
    4 Blood frenzy

    2 The king's pride
    4 jeweler's dream

You have an Amber Rain deck with only 4 weapons and no way of getting them back once they're destroyed? You should add, at a minimum, a couple of Reserve Weapon and a couple of Lily. More weapons would also be good, but they can be expensive if you are just starting.

Also, you have too many one-of's. If you only have one copy, either increase the number so you have a chance of drawing it, or remove it from your deck to make room for something else that you will actually use. In particular, get rid of Good Ascendant; very few people will leave an injured ally on the board for you to heal unless they also crippled it in some way.
Congratulations to Preybird for designing my Avatar!
