Simply put it is every rare/epic in the game plus the 20 heroes + Corrupted Angel.

I appreciate it! I was wondering why the premium foils weren't in order by their number in the set but looking at this, it seems they were put in order by rarity. However, I thought that every foil card was equivalent in rarity to Epic cards since they both can be found in 1 in every 5 packs. Was I wrong about this??

You get 1 Rare or Epic in every pack or 4 rares per 5 packs and 1 epic per 5 packs but in 5 packs you will get a combined 5 rares and epics. In addition you also get 1 foil per 5 packs which is found in the back of the pack but it takes up a common slot. To get a rare epic foil the odds are 1 out of every 13 foils or 1 per 65 packs. Yes the odds are the same in getting an epic or a foil, 1 per 5 packs for each. Assuming a booster box has 25 packs, even though it has 24 the odds are you get 5 epics and 5 foils per box but it varies per box. Hope this info helps.
