Havent gotten my shadow crystals

I paid 1.99 for some shadow crystals through the android app, and havent gotten my crystals, I sent an email to support yesterday and today but they still have not been applied to my account. How long can it take to apply some crystals if there's a valid order number through the play store? I really like the game but would really like to get my shadow crystals.

The only reason I'm posting here is to see if I can get a faster response, because it's been plenty of time for my email to be recieved by support. I like the game alot but this will be quick way to lose a paying customer if I cant get the items I paid for

That guy that's answering support emails is pretty slow. Please be patient though as we still have a backlog with support email.

If only that support guy would respond to emails vs forum posts... maybe there wouldn't be a backlog.
