I think you can only change the name of a thread within the first 2 minutes after it's created. After that, you'll need to contact a moderator for the change. You can either send a private message or report the thread and mention the name change request. At the bottom-left corner of all posts is a "Report Post" button. The icon is an exclamation point inside a triangle.
