There's another axis you haven't touched on: IRL availability.
I guess these articles are aimed at the super competitve guilds, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on entry requirements (time dedicated to the game/guild mostly)

Only improvement I can suggest is to get more feedback from other guilds on what works for them, and incorporate that.

That's because most of my useful stuff was posted internally to A1. Ideas, suggestions, how to improve the guild, etc. Omega came from me, it was my child and I kept working hard to find people who could finish it. Then there's several other enhancements that came from me, including AA1.
So really, most of my creativity and efforts were focused internally. Now that I'm out, I need to look for other places to put my drive to work.
Tl:dr version- I've got a lot of producing capicity but no demand XD
