Hi everyone,
I get PMs now and again, asking for sponsorship from Wulven for player-run tournaments. In the past, I needed to ask Kyle about each one, and it was hard to get hold of him sometimes, but I've now come up with a stream-lined process.
See below!

How to use this thread
1) When you have a tournament in mind, reply to this thread detailing the tournament and what prizes you are looking for. If you can link to the tournament thread, that will be helpful.
2) When Phantom sees your post, they will update it to say whether the prizes have been approved, or reply to it with its condition. (Please do not edit your post after that.)
One post per event please!
Standard Prize Amounts
For standard best-of-three-games-per-round single-elimination events, here are the digital prizes you can expect:
8-player
1st = 1 prize pack + 1 premium pack + 1 LL pack;
2nd = 1 premium pack.
16-player
1st = 2 prize packs + 2 premium pack + 2 LL packs;
2nd = 1 prize pack + 2 premium pack.
32-player
1st place = 4 prize packs + 4 premium packs + 4 LL packs;
2nd place = 2 prize packs + 2 premium packs + 2 LL packs;
3rd place = 1 prize pack + 1 premium pack + 1 LL pack.
Other sizes of events or alternate formats may be supported, but the amounts will be discretionary.
Please, place the information of the approval of the sponsorship (the link to the approval's post) on the tournament's thread OP.
Globally, invitational tournaments won't be sponsored, since they don't guarantee the open participation of everyone. Special situations may be considered, discretionarily, in a case by case scenario.
Foreign language tournaments will be sponsored, as long as TO personally compromises that they are "open for all" (anyone can participate, if they want to). It's desirable to have information about them on the general Organized Play section, too, altough not a requisite.
Process for Claiming Prizes
The Tournament Organiser needs to send an email to support@shadowera.com with subject "Tournament Prize Request", including the following:
1) a statement that the event has finished, how many players there were and the relevant placings (e.g. top 3)
2) account details for each person who won something and how much they won
3) a link to the post here that says the prizes were approved by Board Of Directors
4) a link to the tournament thread
Process for Chasing Up Prizes
If you won a prize in an event and it has not arrived yet, please contact the tournament organiser. If they have already PMed Phantom then they will tell you that. If they've been waiting a week or more, then they should send a reminder to Phantom.
