I was told that you can approve 64 man prizes and here is what I emailed Kyle.
My shadowera account is A1 FakeKiki and in behalf of my guild since I'll be the one hosting, I'm asking for prize support for the big 64 man tournament I'll be running. The tournmaent name is Shadow Era League and more information can be found in this thread.

It's basically a 64 man tournament + battling through 10 of the greatest A1 players including the reigning Shadow Era World Champion A1 Burnout1985 so it can be argued to be a 74 man tournament and will be really challenging for participants. The tournament is as big (if not bigger) as the Slugfest tournament ran by A1 previously multiple times so I'm hoping I can ask for similar prizes. The approved prizes were:
1st: 4 prize packs + 4 premium packs + 4 LL packs + 20 "Pick a Card" + WC spot in final 32 +1500sc
2nd: 2 prize packs + 2 premium packs + 2 LL packs + 10 "Pick a Card"+ WC spot in final 32 +1000sc
3rd: 1 prize pack + 1 premium pack + 1 LL pack + 5 "Pick a Card"+ WC spot in final 32 + 500sc
I really hope you can support this tournament and I think it'll be a fun tournament for all the SE players that will partake on it.
Note: I'm not asking for the WC spot and SC prizes to be included as part of my prize request. Just the packs and PAC.
