I don't think you can win (He said in a previous contest he didn't want the design team/mods to win) but you can probably do as many as you want, in any case I want to see your hats!

I decide eligibility on a case by case basis, and for this contest I think anyone should be eligible, otherwise I would have said so. And there is no submission limit, but I will probably not select more than one submission to go to the poll unless you have two reeeeeally good ones.
