World Championships Grand Finals (16/17th June)

An important point to note is that there were only 1 Zhanna and 1 Boris in the whole Grand Finals, and they got into top 4.

I think the stats shows clearly that the first set of SE is really balanced, that even at the highest level of competition play, you can see so much variety of heroes.

What I liked to see most was that, even with some heroes being a little overused (Majiya/Zaladar/Moonstalker), they did not make it into the top 4, actualy the top 4 where some less used heroes (Boris, Zhanna and 2 Amber), showing that there is still a lot of room for creative deck building and for changes in the meta of the current version.

Also the lack of Lance (that is very common on the QM) shows us that on the higher ranks people have figured out how to deal with Lance and know that if they play him, the opponent will be ready for him, so they play another hero.

Anyway, looking forward to the finals

I'm personaly rooting for iClipse's Zhanna, just because I like priests

Jericho (Benumb) won against Zhanna (lyingdragon). Really close last game. Both used Resurrection.

Thought that Benumb was playing Zhanna and lyingdragon playing Jericho. Anyway, still in both Zhanna got very far
