    Gravebone 1st attempt

    Current Deck (40):
    Gravebone x1

    Allies (13):
    4x Infernal Gargoyles
    4x Brutalis
    2x Death Mage Thaddeus
    2x Bad Wolf
    1x Ogloth The Glutton

    Items/Abilities (26):
    4x Sacrificial Lamb
    4x Fireball
    4x Lightning Strike
    4x Super Nova
    3x Clinging Webs
    2x Ley Line Nexus
    2x Shriek Of Vengeance
    3x Dagger Of Unmaking

Slow to start off, difficult to maintain control but dominating once gaining board control........ been looking for ways to tuned this deck to play server games in place of my main deck. No ToK's as the initial t1~t5 it could be a hinderance in the hand rather that an ally against Lance or any rush decks. Sac Lamb does that better I find and also a good way to rid status induced allies to reanimate again or even just before the Novas for card advantage. On a short note: this is a deck purely constructed out with AI playtesting and only a few quick games to test on. Very fun to play with but still swinging around with the choice of allies for the selection. The lone Oggy there at times with other similar slow tempo decks forces opponent to contemplate on whether to waste their ability cards just to take him out. Seeing that this really worked kind of more stable than my old solo Nishaven that I'd decided to tuned it up properly.

Need more opinion on whether to play this with the DoU's or without. Struggling to maintain control of the early game pace with the deck. All suggestions are appreciated. I never really researched much on any other GB themes cept for the ones Killtrend posted seeing that portal-gb being a more aggro play style as opposed to being a control deck.

Ok, instead of cutting half your deck, I'm going to drop guidelines.

You have no draw engine. Fix that.

You should run shadow knight or shadow font in gravebone. No exceptions.

Bad wolf is not good unless you're trying to synergize with molten. Try Medusil.

That's for starters. Show me what you can come up with.

I loved your Gravebella deck, unfortunately I don't have even portal's to try a mirror yet. =/ Anyways just stopped playtesting the deck after I posted this thread up last night, switched out bad wolf and oggy for 3 SK's instead to work the damage out. cut down on the sac lambs for 2 tomes. Getting up the rating points by 30+ with this. =D might be switching draw cards again seeing that it still seems inadequate. This is how the deck currently looking like; http://shadowera.gondorian.com/deck1....2se076.2se144

Haven't been looking at my own thread lately, apologies if there's anyone following. Slight change on focus instead of trying to fit in any portal to the deck I'm playing as I'm starting to learn how to play around some fatties and keeping them on board. I know it looks crude but I find it plain effective as for now at my current ratings. My only focus mainly is 1 particular ally; plasma behemoth with smaller allies to fend off the early rush before t5 starts. A little tough going against solo weapon players with the minimum amount item destruction I've. And the deck looks like this something like this now.

    Hero-Gravebone

    Allies
    4x Brutalis
    4x Infernal Gargoyles
    4x Dmt
    4x Plasma Behemoths
    3x Molten Destroyers

    Items & Abilities
    4x Fireball
    4x Lightning Strike
    3x Supernova
    3x Sac Lambs
    2x Shriek
    2x LLN
    2x ToK

ratings from 178~210, still climbing but, very slowly it seems. Am looking a lot of thread to look for ideas/cards that are good to strengthen the deck. Idk should I sub out the molten's for sk in for situation like when I don't enough se to bring back my pb's. I've only played mages mostly. All suggestion and criticism is appreciated.

You'll start to find in portal, it's all about high damage and PB only has 3. Unless its turn 8 of course, which is sexy, but in this meta a t4 portal is likely. I'm not saying abandon PB, but I found that Brutal Minotaur is a freak. His downside rarely matters when he swings for 6 through a portal straight at their hero. Everything in their head slams on the brakes and they direct all resources at killing him.

    Try it out.

Thanks a lot for e input. =D Been really tempted to play bm for his size being a 5cc. Only drawbacks is that he's gonna tax you for 2 if he gets K'oed. being a gb I keep in mind that we have like 26hp which is kinda low so I was already a little skeptical about nova's and that using it as a last resort at times to free the fatties or board wipe. Will definitely try you suggestion, will post up again if I see some good chemistry with the sk/bm/pb switch ups I'm gonna try with portal.

Note: It might just be me thinking too much, but I find my current qm rating range is nothing but fatties or big items. I won quite a number in a row just by getting pb to stick on board when they just rage quit. =/

An update and major change of cards (non conventional)

    Gravebone

    Allies
    4x Infernal Gargoyle
    4x Bad Wolf
    2x Death Mage Thaddeus
    3x Molten Destroyer
    3x Brutal Minotaur

    Abilities/Items
    4x Fireball
    3x Lightning Strike
    3x Portal
    3x Sac Lambs
    3x Evil Ascendant
    3x Shriek Of Vengeance
    3x Tome Of Knowledge
    2x Bad Santa

pretty constant wins in t6~t8, slightly less pressured with rush decks in the early game. No more PBs after trials, might slide in novas for a heavier control. SoVs used only against draw engines or portals, haven't faced any ambers with JDs yet...

I noticed..... that's why shrieks/slamb if he's crippled, it's a suicidal plan I know as as I only go straight in with a hand of em with portal out. not quite the usual kinda control approach I think. ~_~"
