How was Origins? From Wulvens point of view.

Hey, sorry for making a new post if there is one already I cant find it searching stuff is a little difficult on my phone.

Anyways I have seen many posts from players who went to the convention, but I would kinda like to know how the convetion went from a business point of view, do they feel like they accomplished what they set out to do at origins? Where there lots of new people who looked interested in Shadow Era? Were they able to sell much, or make a profit after the costs to set up and rent space?

Id like to see wulven post somthing about how it went, again sorry for making new post if there is one already out.

Dude i heard it went really well! Sold more than expected and also gained a lot of new players too! There is a youtube video of it too! Just search shadow era physical cards and subscribe to wulven some fans also interviewed kyle which went really great!

Thank you for asking. It went amazingly well. I don't know about the others, but it far surpassed my expectations. We consistently had a full booth (one of the few that was full), and a constant flow of new players to introduce our game to.

As for the expected sales, I do not know what the official expectations were, but we did sell a sizable amount of starters, booster packs, and the like. We were even scared of selling out of some of the starters.

Personally, meeting you all was the prize of the experience for me, but knowing that we have only just began is the real jewel. I cannot wait for the next opportunity to meet and greet the fans/players, and do it all over again. Thanks for your support, guys. Cheers!

Always a good thing when our numbers grow, keep up the good work Wulven, you know we all love ya....even the trolls!!!

We had 6 people in total manning our booth and even then, I we were short-staffed at times. I didn't wander around too much but I think we definitely had more staff than most booths.

I don't know the numbers either but even if we didn't make up the cost of attending Origins, what we were able to accomplish overall was well worth it. Perhaps given by the fact that we're eager to attend GenCon 2012 as well.
