I guess I'll get the ball rolling

Wrath of the Forest is the single most important card to any (successful) Banebow deck, based on the current card pool.

I find it hard to define a Hero by its draw engine.

A good build will have tools and means to get them.

Wrath of the Forest is there to get you Soul Seeker, Poison Arrow and whatnot. Is it a good draw engine? Of course. But without threats to draw it doesn't mean much. Ill Gotten Gains, Tome of Knowledge and Wizent's Staff are great cards because they allow you to get your Anklebreaker, Fireball and Tidal Wave consistently.

I'd say Soul Seeker has been the heart of Banebow builds for a while.

tl;dr Wrath of the Forest is not unique (there are other draw engines), Soul Seeker is.

Agreed with Blanket, WotF is necessary in a big way. Everything else can be mixed around to suit personal tastes, though I would suggest also including 2x Shriek, 2x LLN and 4x SoulSeeker as a further base-line.

BB is very tempo oriented, he needs to constantly play threats while dealing with opposing threats as efficiently as possible, which given his ability, SS, and WotF in combination should work relatively smoothly.

I see what your trying to get at, But I do agree with Blanketeffect on WoTF being the Single Most Important card in the deck, Alot of the Times, The Draw Engine is what makes the deck competitive, Yes the deck has a lot of Powerful cards that are part of the Main Win Strategy, But without a Decent Draw Engine, The Decks competitive aspect would be cut down, it would just be too slow for this Metagame.

    Agreed.

But Wrath of the Forest needs to be there because Tome of Knowledge, Ill Gotten Gains, Blood Frenzy and Wizent's Staff exist. They basically all do the same thing and draw a similar amount of cards over a game. If you removed all draw engines from the game, SE would be similar only slower and more frustrating due to the amount of top decking but Soul Seeker would still be the card that makes Banebow work due to its sinergy with BB's ability and the healing.

If you removed Soul Seeker, Anklebreaker, Tidal Wave, Crippling Blow and Fireball, it would be a whole new game.

ps: I'm kinda sorry I started this pointless debate over semantics... don't hold it against me

If you played BB with no Soul Seeker, but still with WotF, it could/would still be decent and even competitive.

If you removed WotF but kept Soul Seeker, you'd lose, a lot.

True. I actually like Rotating From Zaladar to Banebow. 2 of my favorite decks.
