There is just not enough room. This deck is designed to completely ignore allies as much as possible, so the only benefit Retreat would really add is preventing card block before T5 when playing T2 Bazaar, however I would still prefer to use Rain Delay for that. I would add the last two Special Delivery before Retreat.

This Ter Adun match I'm uploading is a great demonstration of how lacking his ability is considering this deck completely relies on items:

    Keavan:

Do you find that this deck works well turns 1-7 or 8 then becomes a tough slog? I am trying solo gwyn as well and this is my observation based on about 15 games or so.

It depends how well your draw works in most matches.

Yeah, thats what I am finding too. Its just not weapons or evasion. But you need a good flow of each. A run of either makes for a very tough time.

    Greetings!
I was thinking about building this deck for less than a month aprox. (after reading Keaven's Rogue+Shrine guidelines )
I finally built it last week and I can say it's the most fun deck I have ever played in my short SE endeavor.
My build has some changes tho and I may post it (my first deck). Anyway, regarding your last comments, I think that Bazaar is a must for this deck. From my (limited) experience with this deck I find turns 1-6 the most tricky ones. I also used retreat but found it unworthy for this deck coz u have to aim for the throat the whole time (round 5-6 heal with bow only).
Last but not least I loved your addition of the Golden Katar, which I find a lot better than the defender bow for this deck.
    Have Fun!

P.S. What are your opinions on Lilly?

Since I enjoy solo control style builds, I think Lily is my most favourite ally. This build relies on high draw power to get the bows you need, it will be rare you cannot draw a bow from your deck if you need at the stage you have enough resources to cast Lily with a weapon in your graveyard. In this case where a lone 3/4 ally on the board will achieve very little it is better to stock more weapons than Lily.

    My favourite start up is:

    T2/T3 Bazaar
    T4 Special Delivery
T5 Golden Katar (no buff and hit hero)
T6 Rapid Fire + Into the Forest (buff and double hit hero)
