Make program not allow the screen to go to sleep

Please make the game keep the screen on during play. I cant tell you how many times i've been playing a game and just been watching the other players screen and then all of a sudden 30 seconds have gone by where i dident touch my screen and the phone turns the screen off, then when i turn the screen back on again the game has crashed.\

That is one way to do it but I agree it would be nice if the game just did it on its own. I have fallen asleep with other apps open plenty of times and don't want my phone to stay illuminated at all times.

The fastest way to prefent this from happening is what Aethelwulf said.
But there is an other thing you can do: do not play on your phone.

oh yes i can change it on my phone, but if your just playing 1 game its kind of a pain to change the settings play a game and change the settings again, i mean i have several other games that stop screen time out, i'm sure the great people at shadow era can throw a line of code in for it to stop happening.... least on andriod because we know andriod dosent have to be approved like iphone.

Sorry, I know this is a late reply, but your phone should have a setting to increase the time before it goes blank, not to make it stay awake until you respond.
