Are you using the same email address to log in every time? Does this problem occur when trying to play somewhere else?

i log in with same adress yes mate and its happens when i log in from a diffrent comp.at internet cafe they use deepfreeze program so i need to register my mail adress to the server i think?
The Deepfreeze wipe on restart shouldn't mess with your account as it saves the account onto the server. I'm able to log in anywhere with my account. I'm not sure what else Deepfreeze does besides resetting a computer to a "default" state when it restarts. Have you tried creating an account with a different email address than the one that keeps failing?

@Alex Petru Ursache Email support@shadowera.com and we can look into it, if you're still having problems logging in. Player accounts are stored on our server so things like Deep Freeze doesn't really affect your Shadow Era game account.
Happening to me too!
It usually means there is a typo in the original email you registered with. Carefully check the login email on the device that is working. Or you can email support@shadowera.com and tell them your player name and what email you think it should be, and they can do a search in our database.
