Seems a bit bare bones at this point but I do see huge potential here. The only bug I found that I haven't seen reported yet was during my first game I lost and it reported as a draw. Otherwise keep up the good work, I can' wait to see whats coming.

Some additional impressions:
1) When an ally attacks another ally if it deals enough damage to kill it the defending ally does not get to strike back this seems unbalanced.
2) When Sandra Trueblade comes into play I should be able to pick which resource is destroyed.
3) Not being able to use resources when they come into play feels unnecessarily slow.
4) Brutalis, at 2 resource cost having 6 life may be unbalanced.

Although... With future expansions we might see a specialized resource mechanic. I agree with you, but if they definitely plan on introducing a specialized resource in the future.. It might be easier to implement the selection of a resource to be destroyed now. While all the code is being jostled around anyway.
