Red face Boris Ally Pump deck

Probably a pretty standard deck, but still interested in some feedback on it. I'm ranked around the 220 range, and this deck seems to crush opponents at that level. Unfortunately though, i get bored of using the same deck, try some goofy other deck and drop in rankings down to about 210, where i switch back to this deck and always climb back up to about 225 before getting bored again. Soooo, i'm not really sure where this deck would rank if it were the only one i played. Anywho, any particular advice would be swell. TIA

    Hero:
    Boris Skullcrusher

    Allies (22):
    Kristoffer Wyld x4
    Puwen Bloodhelm x3
    Jasmine Rosecult x3
    Priest of the Light x1
    Aldon the Brave x4
    Armored Sandworm x3
    Erika Shadowhunter x1
    Aeon Stormcaller x2

    Support (14):
    War Banner x2
    Smashing Blow x3
    Enrage x2
    Blood Frenzy x4
    Retreat x3

    Possessions (4):
    Jewler's Dream x2
    King's Pride x2

    Card's i don't use that i maybe/probably should:
    - More priests. I just already have so many allies and usually find that jasmine or aldon work better for this deck.
    - Crippling blow. I know it's really good, but the point of this deck is to pump my own allies with aldon/war banner/king's pride to the point where i can just kill opposing allies without needing to cripple them.
    - Birgitte. With me potentially giving her +4 strength, seems pretty silly to not be using her. Especially since she can help keep Aldon alive early.
    - Raven Wildheart. Been rotating between her erika and sandworm for those four 5 cost ally spots. She doesn't seem to do as much as the others, but i definitely see her value.
    - Honored dead. Deck has virtually no healing. Should I add some of these?

    Thanks!

It seems pretty important to get Puwen early.

Also you may want an extra retreat/some cripples. A gargoyle can really screw up your early game going first. Not to mention late fatties. Skullborn is a good second choice against mages.

Thanks, agree with all of that.

I used to run 4 jasmine and puwen, not sure when/why i made that swap.
What would you take out for additional retreat/cripples/birgitte?
War banner seems less and less important the more i play (started with 4 of it). By the time i'd rather a war banner out than another 3 cost ally, i usually already have the game in hand. But i don't really want to get rid of it, since that's sort of the whole point of the deck. O_o

    -3 sandwurm
    +3 Skullborn

That early game setup will be pretty devastating but pretty prone to board wipe.

With the pump, you're less worried about the defense of sandwurm and more worried about protecting weenies and pegging for 3s and 4s. A skullborn that can attack is a really annoying skullborn too. Retreat should clear the way late, I don't know what I'd take out for crippling blow to keep your "pump game" up.

I'd playtest 10 games and record all ten outcomes, noting going first and second. Then come back here and lets adjust.

    -edit-

    Maybe -3 retreat +3 cripple.

    +1.
Also, consider raven instead of sw's.

    Ok, so 10 games done.

***swapped in extra jasmine and puyen for erika and priest***
    1) zaladar. going 2nd. board wiped after i got control of it. loss
***took out sandworms replaced with skullborn. ***
    2) lance. going 1st. win.
    3) lance. going 1st. win.
    4) majiya (portal). going 2nd. win
    5) zaladar. going 1st. win
    6) lance. going 1st. loss
    7) zaladar. going 2nd. win
    8) serena. going 2nd. win
    9) eladwen. going 2nd. hell draw. no 1 or 2 cost cards by t2. dead turn 5 >_>
    10. nishaven. going first. win.

so 7/9 after swapping in the skullborn. 7/10 total, with one loss being a board wipe (which you already said is my weakness) and one being a perfect storm of shit drawing.

where should i go from here?
